WHY LIFE IS CONTROLLING YOU RIGHT NOW (AND HOW TO CONTROL IT, RATHER)
It might sound like an easy task to you but being
the best at life is really difficult. One morning you might wake up and realize
that your life is all messed up and due to that, you will be actually ruining your
schedule for that day. What if I tell you that you and ONLY YOU are responsible
for the mismanagement in your life? A person doesn’t realize and makes her life
something that seems miserable to her. So, to help you with this, I have listed
some VERY important steps to make your life better again.
1. STOP SCHEDULING UP WORK
Everyone does it. You face a task that you know
is very important, but you schedule it for the evening. I will be freer then. When the evening arrives, some other task is
already at hand. So, again, you procrastinate. Ultimately, it is left for the
night when you sit down till 2 am to complete your work. I should’ve done it earlier. The next morning, you sleep through
your alarm, and are late for work. Wait, the story isn’t over yet! You almost
sleep while you are working. What is the outcome? Your performance level
decreases. Do this: whenever you remember that you have to complete a work and
you know it is important, do it right away. Don’t schedule it for the next moment.
You will ultimately not do it.
2. MAKE A TIMETABLE (AND FOLLOW
IT!)
Most people don’t like timetables because they
don’t follow them once they are made. Don’t list your timetable down. At least
keep it in your mind and work according to it. For example, waking up at 6 am, off to work at 9, back home by 5 pm,
watching T.V. from 6 to 7 pm, work from 8 to 9, and dinner and free time from 9
to 10. (This timetable is totally for the people who have a job. Students
must take out separate time to study.)
3. EXERCISE!
Exercise isn’t liked by people as much,
especially by people who work 8 hours a day. Still, make exercise an essential
part of your life. Yoga is ultimate for the people who can’t do cardio and
other intense workouts. Take out 1 hour from your daily schedule. Meditation
calms your mind and prepares you for the next day, too.
. 4. STOP BEING LAZY
Believe me. Once you give up this laziness of
yours, you will see a new horizon in your life. You are LESS tired than you say
you are. You are less work-loaded that you think you are. Once you start
working and using every moment of your day, you will really see the change.
5. TAKE ACCOUNT OF YOUR THOUGHTS
Stop thinking unhealthy. Be positive. Drive out
all the thoughts that make you feel panicked, unhappy and sad. Write down about
what you think every day. At the end of the week, record all your thoughts and
the level of your work.
6. EAT HEALTHY
Eat well. Make sure you never overeat. Green
foods, milk and fruits are the best for a busy schedule. Cut down on the timely
snacks that you eat.
Now you know it, maybe.
