4 BOOKS FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE CRIME, THRILLER AND GIRLS!
These books that I once read are going to stay with me forever. I am personally very fond of the genres like thriller, mystery, crime, suspense and action (and I never will regret loving these!). Thriller shocks the hell outta you, mystery holds you to the story, crime makes you familiar with the darker sides of people, suspense makes you never want to keep the book down and action, (bam!) what else do you need? This is all you can ask for from a book. I am addicted to crime-thriller and assure you that no one dislikes this genre. Everyone becomes a die-hard fan of these. So, these books were read by me and had a big (BIG) impression on me. I re-read them, but nothing can actually fulfil that need of me wanting more of these.
WARNING: PROCEED WITH DILIGENCE. NO TURNING BACK!
- Gone Girl
2. The Girl On the Train
Amazingly written. Paula Hawkins is an ideal author. Her writing style is amazing. The heroine of the book, Rachel, is flawed and has a life that no one will ever want. The book although seems depressing sometimes due to continuous problems in the heroine's life. But once you are done with the book, you ARE completely satisfied!
3. The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (Millenium I)
This book was something else. Originally written by Steig Larsson in Swedish, it was translated into English by Reg Keeland. The imagination of Larrson and the translation by Keeland make an amazing combo. The book is all about twists and turns that take place in Mikael Blomkvist's (a journalist) life and Lisbeth Salander who completely potrays a proudly imperfect and independent woman. They partner to together find a girl who has been missing since 40 years!
4. The Girl Who Played With Fire (Millenium II)
Second book in the Millenium series, this book is considered and reviewed as more amazing than the first one. Lisbeth's life continues after the horrific incidents that take place in the first book. Mikael aims at the main issue in Sweden of that time, female sexual trafficking. The book has an enigma with an amazing ending!
Again, nothing bores me while reading these.
These were the 'Girl' books that were all thrillers in my bookshelf!
